THE ROOT CAUSE

Most relational distress is not a character flaw — it is a capacity gap. Our social environments and individual experiences shape what we expect from relationships, but rarely prepare us to navigate the real nuances, inevitable conflicts, and evolving modern realities that intimacy demands.
